CoreAlign
The CoreAlign is an exceptional device created on the basis of more than 40 years of experience and cooperation with many teachers from all over the world. Its versatility is proven by the fact that it can be used in rehabilitation, sports training, as well as body&mind exercises, and hundreds of movement exercises can be done with its help.
The CoreAlign allows you to improve posture, balance, and functional movement. Used successfully for rehabilitation – developed by physiotherapist Jonathan Hoffman – the exercise program effectively supports musculoskeletal rehabilitation through stimulation of stabilising muscles during deep stretching and aerobic exercise. However, the CoreAlign is also a perfect tool for improving body and athletic performance and maintaining optimal fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The CoreAlign provides fun and challenging workout. Its users will feel the difference after just one session, regardless of their abilities.
The CoreAlign consists of a frame in which two independent carts move on two tracks in either direction, with adjustable resistance, providing the ability to assist the movement.
Although the CoreAlign on its own makes it possible to perform a variety of exercises, an optional ladder (wall-mounted or free-standing) is required for its full functionality.
The device comes with a limited 5-year warranty.
