Pilates Arc
The Pilates Arc is essential for spinal strengthening and stretching training In spite its low weight and small size, it combines the functionalities of three tools crucial during the Pilates training – the exercise arc, the spine corrector and the wedge used for exercises on the reformer.
This two-piece, versatile, lightweight, and practical tool is a perfect piece of equipment for a Pilates studio, and it is useful for group exercises as well as personal training. Thanks to its compact size and low weight, it is also ideal for home use.
